Skateboarding Legend Tony Hawk Sold His Soul to Liquid Death

Tony Hawk x Liquid Death collaboration got all the skaters talking.

The mountain canned-water skater-owned company Liquid Death has collaborated with the skateboarding legend Tony Hawk.

The 100 board collectible items have the veteran's blood in them.

"Yes, there is actually Tony Hawk’s real blood in these skateboards." Liquid Death posted. "And yes, we sterilized it first. Own your very own piece of the Birdman today at liquiddeath.com/hawkblood. But act fast! There are only 100 of them! Disclaimer: Although it could arguably make the world a better place, never ever use these boards to make clones of Tony Hawk."

The funny skit has the skaters talking as it is rare for a skateboarder to have blood mixed in the paint printed on a skateboard.

The boards also sold out fast as the lightning. Skaters can never have them but, the 53-year-old said that he is looking forward to their future collaborations.

"Always read the fine print! Thanks Liquid Death for this rare opportunity but please be careful with my life force. Looking forward to our future “collaborations” as long as they don’t involve replicants" Hawk wrote.
