Skate spots come and go. There's no denying that everything in this world is temporary.

In November 2017, one of the most iconic skateboarding spots, "Sunset Car Wash Bank," was shut down and SLAP Pal named Atiba Applebum snapped a photo for the last time.

Everyone paid tribute on the Slap message board since it is one of the best spots for pro skaters in skate videos such as Mark Gonzales, John Cardiel, and Jim Greco.

Hence, Sunset car wash came back with Dustin Dollin attempting to kickflip down it and other skaters eyeing to land tricks.

Milton Martinez did the impossible and did a kickflip to the prominent spot in 2019. Alex Midler also did a very intricate trick and landed a 360 ollie down the bank a year after.

This year, the issue happened again. The sad news broke after Mackenzie Eisenhour posted a photo via Instagram.
