Following the Olympic USA skateboarding tragedy, the National Governing Body for skateboarding in the United States has been blocking people on their Instagram whenever there's a question about not paying their staff.

Shortly after that, the organization's pillars resigned immediately due to the horrible treatment of their staff and lousy management.
Bad management can impact employees and a company's overall operations. Incompetent managers exist, and they can have challenges relating to staff members and keeping them motivated.
In addition, substandard supervisors may not be able to balance budgets, increase revenues or capably perform other crucial tasks.
Since the board of directors had never stepped on a skateboard once in their lives, they had no idea how skateboarding worked in the first place and didn't want to listen to their core skateboarder employees.
