Tres faced backlash for always dominating the girl skateboarders. This time, the Cebuana pro skater triumphed, garnering top-notched impressive skill points and winning the overall women's skate division.
As she guided the former Navy officer to a dramatic loss, the Filipino skater brought out the big guns and snagged the victory.
Didal, 23, spearheaded impressive combos on the majority of the obstacles on Ryan Sheckler's private skate park - nailing frontside 50-50 to kickflip out, backside feeble grind, 360 flip up on a ramp, frontside 5-0 on a handrail, frontside nose grind and her last trick, front bluntslide.
On the other hand, Tres provided basic maneuvers with multiple bails and skipped the nollie blindside 360 on the transition but ended up using it still on her run.
Despite many attempts to land her tricks, the trans skater stomped a clean backside lipslide on a handrail and finished her firing line.
Congratulations to Margielyn Arda Didal on winning the 2022 Red Bull Solus' women's skateboarding contest with Dashawn Jordan in the men's category.
