Professional golfer Phil Mickelson finds himself entangled in a legal dispute over using the iconic "back-to-back F" logo associated with his brand.

The legal battle, initiated by the skateboard shoe and apparel company Fallen, has caught the golfing community's and fans' attention worldwide.

For years, Phil Mickelson has been known for his golfing prowess and stylish fashion choices on and off the golf course.

However, the skate shoe company recently filed a lawsuit against Mickelson, claiming copyright infringement and demanding the immediate cessation of using the "back-to-back F" logo. Fallen alleges that their logo, which shares similarities with Mickelson's emblem, predates his usage and holds exclusive rights to the design.

According to reports, Fallen argues that its logo has been integral to its brand identity for over a decade.

They claim that Mickelson's adoption of a similar logo has created confusion among consumers, diluting Fallen's distinctive visual representation in the market.

Fallen seeks an injunction to prevent Mickelson from further using the contested logo and damages for the alleged harm caused to their brand's reputation and market share.
